This recipe fit perfectly into a used spice jar that I labeled with the date. Our first use was to sprinkle it on the recipe for Potato Pals which could also be named Roasted Potatoes. The seasoning gave the potatoes a zing that went perfectly with roast chicken and broccoli. I plan to use this again for boiled shrimp, baked salmon and slow cooker chicken. The possibilities are endless. I am sure this is less expensive to mix in small batches from bulk bin spices than to purchase a ready-made mix.
